At The Buchan Nursery we strive for the happiness of every child through a secure, friendly and caring environment. Nursery is where your child’s education begins and a love of lifelong learning is established. We have a very ‘open door’ policy and encourage parental involvement as much as possible. We believe that parents are the child’s first educators and we’d love you to join us with your little one.
Nursery education should be an extension of home life where children gain experience and confidence through play. We will work with you to provide the opportunities for your child to take the first gentle steps to making them independent learners.
The best way to see if we are the right nursery for you and your child is to come and see us at play. We’d love you to visit us and see what we have to offer. Please do call in and we’ll be happy to show you around.
We are situated right next to the Pre-Prep Department in the beautiful grounds of The Buchan School. We are easily accessible by car or bus from the south or Douglas, only a short walk from Castletown centre and we have plenty of free and safe parking right outside our door.
